AccuCapture

Allows users to scan documents directly into AccuAccount with a network compatible all-in-one device with scanning capabilities. AccuAccount simply uses barcodes that point the documents to the appropriate customer page within minutes. Scan deposit accounts with barcode cover sheets. Deposits can now be remotely scanned through AccuCapture. Common customer documents can be shared, i.e. corporate resolutions.

AccuScan

Provides the user with the ability to image their paper files directly into AccuAccount and AccuDoc. The AccuScan module is user friendly, through the use of barcodes or ability to able to scan directly into the document tab.

Bulk Filing / Batch Scan

Documents are scanned in batches instead of one document at a time with multiple pages and create one, multi-paged PDF file or the creation of multiple PDFs from a scanned batch. This is the solution for page count issues, gives you maximum scan speed, no user intervention is required for file naming and use barcodes for naming your documents. Bulk filing saves your bank time, money, and resources by reducing arduous administrative work.

Upload

Upload reports from your desktop into AccuAccount or AccuDoc and images are immediately entered into the repository.

Automatic Import of Images from Other Applications

With built-in tools to import all pertinent customer and loan data. Intuitive searching of loans can be quickly found by searching by customer number, loan number, loan officer, loan type, etc. Banks no longer need to manage multiple systems and this mitigates the need to manage most paper.

Quality Control

AccuAccount has integrated Quality Control (QC) options for verification of all or high risk documents such as loan documents, deposit and signature files, trust agreements, and more.
