To expedite the implementation process, we will help you explore the possible integration options, in an effort to:

• Minimize or eliminate manual typing of customer or account information. It may enable the imaging application to automatically activate correct document structures, as well as associated exceptions, users, etc.
• Allow the imaging application to import electronic data or documents from other applications such as signed signature cards, loan covenant ratios, spreads, narratives, etc.

Upon selecting AccuSystems as your document management software provider, a pre-Implementation packet will be sent to your bank. Our proven track record of providing financial industry software has helped us develop this helpful packet for new customers. This packet will include valuable information to assist you in preparing for a kick-off meeting for the software implementation process. This meeting will include the team members who should be involved in the implementation process, both from our company and your bank. Shortly after the Kick-Off meeting, we will have a data meeting with your internal IT staff and project manager. This meeting will answer questions regarding hardware requirements and data conversions.
