What is AccuAcademy?
This self-paced and instructor-lead training platform breaks down the functions of all of our products step-by-step, and gives the trainee all the tools necessary to use the applications with efficiency and to their fullest capacity.
Administrators will enroll employees in one (or more) of four “course tracks” and also self-paced training sessions, which will address the AccuAccount capabilities based on the security access granted in the system.
Unlimited Instructor-Lead Training
Each month, our AccuExperts host several live web-based training sessions. During the sessions, we cover a variety of topics that pertain to our product lines. Our AccuExperts provide real-time answers to your questions along with in-depth demonstrations. As a member of AccuAcademy, your team will have free access to all training sessions. Self-Paced Training: AccuReader for View-Only Users
Cover the basic functions of AccuAccount from the point of view of a “reader”. This may include loan officers, new accounts representatives, front-line staff, or any other individual at the institution whose only interaction with AccuAccount is viewing customer information and documents. Take the AccuReader course to get a general understanding of terminology used within the AccuAccount system, and to become familiar with the capabilities available to readers. Once the 9 modules have been successfully completed, take the AccuReader Final Exam to receive a certificate of completion, signifying that the individual is a “Certified AccuReader”. Also learn the basics of AccuPrint and CORELink and how they are integrated in to the AccuAccount system.
Self-Paced Training: AccuScanner for Scanning Users
Performing document and customer maintenance involves special attention and knowledge of all of the features AccuAccount has to offer. The AccuScanner track will take editors through a step-by-step demonstration of how to most effectively use the system. Each method of capturing documents (scanning, printing, uploading, etc) will be evaluated, as well as performing exception maintenance and generating notice letters. Once becoming a “Certified AccuScanner”, these individuals may act as a strong resource for the bank when improving and streamlining the imaging and management process. Self-Paced Training: AccuAdmin for Administrators
Administering AccuAccount is a role which impacts all users of the system. Ensure that your administrators know how to manage this power in the simplest way possible by signing them up to become a “Certified AccuAdmin”. Each trainee is exposed to the ins and outs of the more involved components, including user maintenance and creating document structures. Use the AccuAdmin track as a springboard in to the “nuts and bolts” of AccuAccount and be well on the way to becoming an AccuExpert.
Self-Paced Training: AccuExpert for Super Users
Learn more about the “back-end” of things by becoming a “Certified AccuExpert”. This track will provide high-level explanation of the technical components of AccuAccount in a way that users with any level of IT exposure can understand. These modules will include a description of how data comes from the core system in to AccuAccount, basic server configuration, and how to install and troubleshoot any of our ancillary applications.
