We have been using AccuAccount for several years. The product has made several improvements over the years. Having documents in a centralized location is very beneficial. This allows multiple individuals to access the same file at the same time. The audit feature allows auditors a nice way to be able to review accounts without having to have the actual paper file. This allows audits/exams to be done offsite – reducing travel expense.
We recently hired three full-time, retired commercial loan assistants to help us scan in the existing commercial files from our newly acquired banks. One of them came from a local community bank who used a different document imaging system. She is going to call the other bank and tell them how user-friendly AccuSystems’ products are. She absolutely loves AccuAccount!

We just completed our annual external loan review (deep dive into documents, underwriting, etc.). It took them less than 4 days to complete their review.
