Alan Wooldridge

Alan Wooldridge

President
As co-founder of AccuSystems, LLC, Mr. Wooldridge continues to play a key role in the development and architecture of all software applications. Prior to co-founding AccuSystems, LLC, he was president of eSummit, a software consulting firm. He has led the development of numerous e-commerce and web-based applications for a diverse client base including ING, Lazard-Freres, Hewlett Packard, MCI and FAO Schwartz. Mr. Wooldridge holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
Jenn Mitchell

Jenn Mitchell

Sales Manager
After joining AccuSystems, LLC in 2005 as an Imaging Specialist, Jenn was promoted to Support Services Manager and Trainer. As Manager she directed support staff and clients through the implementation process and continued to assist clients with superior customer support. As Trainer she worked with clients for on‐site or web‐based training on AccuAccount and AccuDoc. In 2009 she was promoted to Support Manager overseeing support staff and implementation and developing web‐based training applications. She now serves as Sales Manager. Ms. Mitchell previously worked as a Loan Originator for World Savings Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.

Cathy Cirullo

Implementation Manager
Cathy joined AccuSystems, LLC in September, 2010, after 31 years in banking. Cathy has extensive knowledge of loan and deposit documentation and regulations. As the Vice President of Loan Services, she managed the Loan Operations Department for a local bank and was responsible for overseeing the bank’s loan compliance program. She also has experience with the retail side of banking. Cathy was the AccuAccount System Administrator for eight years. Her knowledge of the software paired with her banking knowledge has allowed her to assist banks during their implementation processes.

Dave Anderson

Director of Software Development
David Anderson is a programmer, YouTube video author, blogger, entrepreneur, Microsoft enthusiast, and more. Starting software development at a very young age, he has been in business for himself providing software solutions since 2008 and is one of the younger professionals in the industry. He joined AccuSystems in 2012 as a software consultant and is now currently the Director of Software Development overseeing software operations at the company. Working closely with the company’s ownership, he strives to provide industry leading results using proven industry best practices, cutting edge technologies, and rock solid software development life‐cycle management using Agile techniques by putting together and managing awesome teams that deliver great results.

Travis Sanders

IT Manager
Travis joined AccuSystems in June of 2012 after spending several years in the IT department of a national cellular provider. He holds multiple industry certifications (to include MCP, MCSA, A+, Network+, Security+ and HP ATA – IT Architect) and has over 14 years’ experience in the IT field. He splits his duties between supporting the internal IT needs of AccuSystems and performing installations and assistance with customer IT needs.

Stacy Riggio-Carter

Support Manager
Stacy joined the AccuSystems team in January 2011 after a long career in sales and customer service. Throughout her career at AccuSystems, LLC, Stacy has worked in sales, internal sales, and customer support. Stacy is currently the Support Manager and primarily assists customers in helping to find a solution and/or resolution to existing issues and prevent future issues from arising within AccuSystems’ software and products. Stacy utilizes her background in customer service to build trust and strong long term relationships with AccuSystems’ customers.
