In this how-to article, we’ll briefly discuss how to filter exceptions in TicklerTrax.
Step by Step: Filtering Exceptions
Step 1. Navigate to the “Exception Data” tab of TicklerTrax.
Step 2. Determine which column you wish to filter by.
Step 3. In the header row, click the the dropdown arrow that appears next to your primary filter criteria.
Step 4. A pop-up menu will appear. Define your filter preferences (in this case, loan officer) and then close the dialog box.
Instantly, you’ll now see any outstanding exceptions for that particular loan officer. You can then sort or filter by additional criteria, such as days past due or expiration date.
Brief Demo of How it Works
Here’s what that looks like in the spreadsheet. Notice how the spreadsheet automatically refreshes when you input your filter criteria. You can easily remove the filter criteria by clicking on the dropdown menu and clearing the filter.
Other Filtering Use Cases
Filtering by loan officer and due date is a very common use case for TicklerTrax. However, it is by no means the only filtering option to choose from. In fact, the possibilities could be endless. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
